Physico-chemical property:

It is a wine red clear viscous liquid, soluble in isopropanol, dimethylbenzene, methylbenzene and mineral oil, and will show hydrolytic precipitate when reacting with water. It is a kind of non-toxic non- corrosion liquid, and its toxic dose of oral administration for white mouse is LD5030g/kg (reference value: salt LD503.8g/kg), having compatibility with semi-polarity materials.

Application field:

Plastic products, rubber products, adhesion agent, glass fiber reinforced plastics products, coating, printing ink, ointment, magnetic materials, waterproof material, composite flame retardant etc.

Application objects:

1. Matrix resin: PE, PP, PS, PC, AS, ABS, PVC, SBS, polyester, polyether, polyurethane, polyamide, polycarbonate and other thermoplastic, thermosetting resin as well as other elastomers.

2. Inorganic fillers: CaCO3, MgCO3, BaSO4, CaSO4, MgO, Al(OH)3, talcum powder, mica powder, lithopone, titanium oxide, wollastonite powder, pyrophyllite powder, sepiolite powder, carbon black, argil, bentonite, red mud for aluminium metallurgy, iron oxide red, chrome yellow, phthalocyanine blue, antimony oxide, ammonium polyphosphate, zinc metaborate, etc.

Product characteristics:

1. It is a single alkoxy-type titanate coupling agent, thus being applicable to the dry inorganic filler without free water but monolayer adsorption water only on its surface or with hydroxyl and carboxyl on its surface.

2. It is the best coupling agent for processing talcum powder and black carbon.

3. It can greatly improve the filler content of inorganic filler in resin (composite products such as plastic, rubber, coating), and significantly improve the tensile strength, impact strength, elongation at break and other physical and mechanical properties of products, thus reducing system viscosity and improving handling characteristics and reducing the energy consumption and cost of production.
