Brief introduction:
KH-902 silane coupling agent, namelyγ- Aminopropyl Methyl Diethoxysilane, is a universal coupling agent for silane with amino function group and is widely applied to promote the bonding between the inorganic base material and the organic material to form the strong keyed linkage between the inorganic base material and the organic polymer.
Product description:
The silicious part of the molecules in the product has strong adhesion effect on the substrate. The primary amine function group reacts with a series of thermosetting resin, thermoplastic resin and rubber material, wherein the molecular formula is as follows:
H2NCH2CH2CH2SiCH3(OCH2CH3)2

Solubleness:
Si-902 silane coupling agent is completely soluble in water (chemical reaction), ethanol, aromatic hydrocarbon and aliphatic hydrocarbon. Copper is not suitable for being used as diluent.
Coating, binding agent and airtightness:
The amino silane can be served as a super adhesion promoter to be used for acrylic coating, binding agent and sealing agent. When the product is used as the adhesive and the sealing agent for polysulfide, polyurethane, RTV silicon resin, epoxy, nitrile and phenolic aldehyde, it can improve the dispersity of the coatings and can be tightly bonded with glass, aluminum and steel materials.
Glass-reinforce resin system:
In the glass-reinforced thermosetting resins, Si-902 silane coupling agent can enhance the bending strength, the impact strength and the tensile strength of the resin in hygrometric state. Meanwhile, Si-902 silane coupling agent can also improve those properties of the glass-reinforced thermosetting plastic, polyamide, polyester and Makrolon exposed in hygrometric state. Moreover, as the phenolic resin bonding additive, Si-902 silane coupling agent can improve the humidity resistance and the rebound resilience of the fiber and mineral fabric insulation materials.
Mineral filling resin system:
KH-902 silane not only significantly improves the physical and electrical properties of such mineral fillings as phenolic plastic, epoxy, polyamide, polyphenyl dibutyl phthalate dibutyl ester and other thermosetting resins and thermoplastic plastics, but also improves wettability and dispersity of the fillings in the polymer matrix.
